Pre-Authorization Holds

Beginning April 18, 2024, we’re implementing a $26 authorization hold for each checkout to enhance fleet security and deter bike theft. While we celebrate increased accessibility with our lowered membership and ride prices, we've noted a rise in bike theft incidents. As a proactive measure, we're reintroducing the authorization hold.
